I took this ergotree meditation bench to a 10-day Vipassana and it was the perfect bench for long hours of meditation over ten days. I am 5’7” and the canopy size was a great height for relieving pressure on my knees. I felt comfortable kneeling on this bench for hours at a time, and the folding leg design was nice for keeping my meditation space tidy between sits.
