Mindful More
I discovered meditation at a monastery near Lake Shasta during a hard season. I tried many postures. Kneeling with a simple bench resonated. It grounded me among the tall pines.
Life got busy, yet the idea stayed. I wanted something simple that would not take up space. A bench that lives on the wall like art, then lifts down when it is time to breathe. Natural wood. Clean lines. A unique artwork that also serves as a comfortable pad, so the setup stays minimal and ready.
